Overseeing multiple brands, including Domaine Curry, Blindfold, and Saldo, Mr. Garner ensures that each guest enjoys a memorable tasting experience complemented by perfectly paired small bites. His collaboration with the executive chef is key to developing food and wine pairings that elevate the dining experience.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Garner was the restaurant chef at Rose Wood Bar & Grill from 2015 to 2016, where he honed his skills in menu development and kitchen management. Previously, he served as the executive sous chef at Wine & Roses Hotel, Restaurant and Spa, executive chef at the Del Rio Country Club, a sous chef at Frisson, and executive chef at Le Bistro's, beginning in 2005 – over the span of his career, each role contributed to his comprehensive understanding of the culinary arts. While he has achieved a great deal in his life, Mr. Garner is most proud to have reached his current position, and looks forward to the future.

Mr. Garner's academic background includes an Associate of Arts in culinary arts from the California Culinary Academy and a culinary arts certificate from San Joaquin Delta College. His commitment to excellence is further demonstrated by such certifications as the WSET Level 2 Awards in Wine and Spirits from Wine & Spirits Education Trust, a ServSafe licenses from both the National Restaurant Association and the American National Standards Institute, and CPR training from the American Red Cross.

In accounting for his overall success, Mr. Garner credits his dedication toward becoming an exceptional cook and manager, consistently striving to improve his management skills to better serve his staff and guests. Beyond his professional achievements, he is deeply passionate about cycling and personal health. He has set ambitious goals for himself to take health classes over the next several years, with a focus on understanding dietary restrictions related to heart disease and high blood pressure. His ultimate ambition is to establish a company dedicated to helping individuals achieve better health outcomes through food.
