Starting as a field engineer at MCL Construction, he quickly ascended through various roles due to his exceptional talent and work ethic. He served as an assistant project manager at Robert E. McKee General Contractors before moving on to ACI Inc Architecture - Construction – Interior as a project manager until 1991. His expertise was further recognized at Vanir Construction Management Inc., where he held positions as a construction manager between 1991 and 1999. Before founding BP-PAK, Mr. Behrouzian contributed significantly as a senior project director at PCM3 Inc. from 2001 to 2004.
Among his personal achievements, Mr. Behrouzian finds great fulfillment in his work and is equally proud of his three successful children, whom he always encourages to pursue their passions with dedication. Beyond his professional endeavors, he is committed to giving back to the community through involvement with civic-minded organizations, such as St. Jude Children's Hospital. He earned a bachelor's degree, followed by a master's degree in construction management, from the University of London in 1979 and 1980, respectively. Additionally, certification from the Contractors State License Board of California in 1986 and a real estate license have further cemented his status as an expert in his field.
In his personal life, Mr. Behrouzian enjoys walking, exercising, participating in charity work, and engaging in community activities alongside his spouse Parivash, to whom he has been married for over 30 years. His ultimate goal is to witness significant family milestones, such as his daughters' weddings, and enjoy time spent with future grandchildren while celebrating their successes.
